I agree to participate in the Nelu Benefits Platform (the “Platform”) usability test conducted by Nelu Diversified Solutions Technology LLC (the “Company”). I am aware that my participation will involve interacting with the Platform and providing feedback on my experience.

 

In consideration of my participation in the Platform usability test, I agree to the following terms and conditions regarding confidentiality and nondisclosure:

 

1. Confidential Information: I acknowledge that during the usability test, I may have access to confidential information, including but not limited to the design, features, and functionality of the Platform. I agree to keep all such information confidential.

 

2. Nondisclosure: I agree not to disclose, publish, or disseminate any confidential information obtained during the usability test to any third parties, including but not limited to competitors, family members, friends, or colleagues, without the prior written consent of the Company.

 

3. Ownership: I acknowledge that all information, materials, and data provided to me during the usability test remain the exclusive property of the Company. I do not acquire any rights, title, or interest in any intellectual property or confidential information.

 

4. Duration: This confidentiality and nondisclosure obligation shall remain in effect indefinitely, even after the conclusion of the usability test.

 

I understand that my participation in the usability test may be recorded. I consent to the use of the recording by the Company. I understand that the information I provide and the recording are for the Platform usability testing purposes only and that my information will not be used for any other purpose and will only be viewed by the Company. I relinquish any rights to the recording.

 

I understand that participation in this usability test is voluntary and I agree to immediately raise any concerns or areas of discomfort before or during the testing session.
